These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, dining at our restaurant, and any other services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
General Use
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent and are fully able and competent to agree to these Terms. You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any unauthorized use of our services is strictly prohibited.
Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. We may require a credit card to hold a reservation for large parties or special events. Cancellations for dine-in reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or late cancellations, particularly for large parties or special events. The assessment and amount of any cancellation fees are at the sole discretion of the restaurant’s owner or designated manager.
Orders and Payments
It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details, including contact information and payment details, are accurate. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order or service, and we accept all major credit cards. For large events or catering services, a deposit may be required in advance. All refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. The final decision on refunds is made by the restaurant’s owner or designated manager.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased in-store or online and are redeemable only at Gold Leaf Restaurant. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are not transferrable and must be used by the person who purchased or received them as a gift. Gift cards do not expire, unless otherwise stated.
Special Events and Catering
A deposit is required for all special events and catering orders. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future event if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance. Any changes to the details of a special event or catering order must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but all changes are subject to approval by the restaurant’s owner or designated manager.
Website Use
The content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Gold Leaf Restaurant and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent. Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites, and you access them at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Leaf Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our food. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gold Leaf Restaurant, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business or users.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Linden, New Jersey.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
